So I havent had problems with the iSIM since I bought it but I went to set my memory seats yesterday. I have never bothered with it since I got the car but once I did set the memory seat option 1 it seemed like it reset whole bunch of stuff. my dash brightness setting was to full brightness. Then the radio would not recognize the iSIM with the XM button. I ended up getting XM preview channels. What is up with that?

Any suggestions? Unplug the iSIM or do manual reset? Unplug battery?

 

i unplugged the car battery and gateway. Waited 5 minutes and plugged everything back in. It's working again.
