iPod Option For My Setup
I have a 2008 Base model TL with navi. I added Dom's convertor and am using a Vizualogic DVD player running to a rear screen and navi screen. The audio from the DVD player runs to the Aux. input in the center console. I have also added the HON-SC1 adapter for Sirius instead of XM. My question is: what is a good iPod option for this setup? I have searched and searched and can not find anyone who has done the HON-SC1 and one of the iPod adapters, since they both use the factory XM plug.
I bought a carputer to play around with thinking it might be a good option to replace the DVD player and iPod and use it basically as a mass storage device but, I have run in to several movies that will not allow me to copy them to my hard drive (Macrovision issue). If I can not store a bunch of movies on the hard drive for playback then the carputer really does not serve my purpose very well.
Thanks all.
