i got a ipod car kit the brand is neo
when i connected it it delays like for 20 seconds and when i try to switch tracks on the navigation screen it dosent work at all

is this common or i bought bad ipod car kit

 

I've installed that brand before on Honda's and VW's and I have never experienced that problem. Are your dip switches in the correct spots? If so, I think you got a bad one.
