Anybody know what iPod adapter this is? The description is in German so I don't know what it's saying. The car appears to be a BMW, but I don't think that's a BMW interface, correct?

I believe that is the factory BMW adapter. I've heard that BMW's interface displays song titles.

 

Just to follow up, though this isn't really Acura-related, I contacted Tate BMW in Annapolis to learn about BMW's iPod integration, and the entire experience was dreadful. The Internet sales associate didn't know how to receive price quote requests, didn't understand the difference between an aux input versus a docking input, and didn't even know what iPod integration was offered on BMW vehicles.

After researching, he did call back and confirm that a $500 kit is available that will show the iPod song information on the navigation screen. He didn't have any on-hand to demo, and they are a special-order item so he doesn't anticipate having any to demo soon.

I'd say this is an example of the engineers being way ahead of the sales team.
