Interesting Problem

I was listening to iPod using USA-Spec PA15-HON3 the other day when all of a sudden no more sound coming from any speakers. Stopped by my audio shop. Guy was busy so I have to see him this week sometimes. I was trying to troubleshoot a little myself. System as follows:

Factory HU
RF 360.2
Audison surround amp
Diamond Hex components, 3ways
USA Spec PA15-HON for iPod integration
polk sub - (had fiberglass enclosure for 10w3 - that blew and quickest thing that would fit was polk for now.)

Currently still using car audio to control volume (not RF 360.2 knob)
Thought it may be an fuse but radio still displays fine, amp and RF 360.2 still get proper power voltage. Measured voltage (speaker) into 360 and it was basically 0.02 V with HU on ( know HU voltage is low but this is really low). Low voltage also after amplifier (i.e not amplified at all). It appears to be signal loss/extreme degredation.

One thing I did notice is that if I turn the volume all the way up you can just hear music. Strange. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

To clarify, the power light on the amp is turning on? Are you sure it's not something as simple as the turn-on wire came loose?

Yes the amp power light is on. Both the amp remote and 360 remote wires are working. Still don't know about the suddenness of the cutoff or the fact I can hear (very soft) music when I turn the volume way up.

you might have accidentaly enabled the aux input for your 3sixty.2 use the sub controler device and press push it in once and see if that solves your issue.

Thank you PowerCommander. You are a genius. That was it. I guess somehow I depressed the sub knob. When I pressed it again this a.m., sound came back. Thanks again!
