INSTALLING THE Escort PASSPORT 9500i?
I have the Escort PASSPORT 9500i and wants to get rid of the wires that can be seen through the windshield. I saw a write up for a V1 and wondering if anyone has tried it. If so can someone please post a DIY. The hard part is probably the wiring part into the fuse. Please post pictures as well. Thank you. (I want to power from the window lock button.)

I installed my valentine V1 last week using the DIY from here into the fuse box using the window lock feature. It was really easy and I am a complete amatuer when it comes to electricty. I just followed that DIY, just expose the wire and put it into the fuse slot and then put the fuse back into the slot. And then just ground it using one of the bolts from the hood release.

You may want to search on INVISICORD - this is a phone cord adapter that can hook directly into the wiring harness in the sun roof. You can then mount your detector high in the windshield and it works quite well. Do a search and you'll even find pictures.

If you can't find it according to the search, try different terminology. I mean, dont put up threads that you know have already been discussed about. and Literally all/if not most topics have already been discussed.
