2004 TL Navigation Problem

I just purchased a 2004 TL with Navi, and I've run into a big problem. Whoever the dealership acquired the car from had a PIN number for their Navigation. The dealership I bought this from didn't have the old owner's PIN so I am stuck with no Navi, no radio, no bluetooth. Is there anyway around this saved PIN or do I have to drive 150 miles to the nearest Acura dealer to have the Navi unit pulled? Is there a way to reset the system without getting bent over by the Acura dealer?

Thanks guys & gals in advance...

hmm, you have to find out then where they acquired the car from or you can call Acura Information , they have an 1800 number.

By chance did the original owner leave the code stickers on the inside of your glovebox door?

Well, I was able to get ahold of Acura Customer Service which directed me to the original dealership of sale. They were able to give me both the NAVI and Radio codes. Thanks all!

Now if I can just figure out how to input the Radio code heh...my new manuals won't be here till next week.

Inputting Radio Code with NAVI

I have an '04 TL with NAVI, and I'm trying to input the radio code. Currently there is an error code "ERRE" on the time display screen. I just recently got the NAVI PIN and unlocked that system, but since I don't have the traditional non-NAVI information display I can't find where to input the Radio Code. I've heard on older TLs that you have to unplug the antenna to get it work, but I don't know if that's an issue with newer TLs. My main problem is that I can't get to an input screen for the radio code. Am I not looking in the right place? Do I need to hold a key on the radio? Should I disconnect the battery? I am waiting on owner's manuals in the mail and am completely stuck. Please help!
