with all of the features of the third gen tls...i was wondering if it came equipped with the ability to "read" local FM station info...like song title and whatnot (just like the XM )...or does it not have it...i have tried searching the manual and pressing a myriad of buttons, but i cant seem to get it (if it does exist)...thanks...

 

No, Acura doesn't have RDS (Radio Data Service). Maybe soon, but for Acura that's like 10 years down the road.

 

Stick with satellite radio. It tells you artist and song names plus no commercials. With its varied channels, there should be a music style you like. I guess I'm tuned to the satellite stations 85% of the time. I listen to a local AM station in the morning for local traffic and news. The cassette and CD get very little use.
