Incorrect Navi code?

My battery has been draining and such, so today after I jump started my car I get the navigation code prompt. When I entered the correct code it says "incorrect pin" even though I know it is correct. Radio code works fine. :help:

Did you enter the Navi code using the Navi touchscreen?

The Navi code is separate from the radio code, and does not use the radio preset buttons for entry.

OK, try pulling the Navi fuse (#20 ACC, I think) or disconnecting the battery for 45 minutes. Then reconnect and see if the Navi accepts the code.

Otherwise, you may have to check the code number with a dealer by using the VIN and the serial # on the DVD drive.
