Does anyone know how to play Widescreen movies on the NAV screen FULL screen. Yes I know how to go the conversion and I do have the conversion done in my navi. I am wondering however if you can play widescreen DVD's after the conversion full screen.

I know older movies have an option to play pan and stretch, or NON widescreen DVD's you can play and it fills the whole screen but when you get a Widescreen DVD I have the black bars on the top and bottom of my screen. Anyway to MAKE it play full screen???

Or am I SOL and need to get a WIDESCREEN LCD?

I will test this out later today or soon. I have an option in my dvd player I think to choose how the screen will be handled.

 

what kind of dvd player do you someone??? How much did you pay for it??
