How to transfer call from V710 to TL

While the phone is paired with the TL, I sometimes want to initiate the call from the phone, because I'm dialing a number in its phone book. Once I do that, even though it's paired, you can only talk into the phone. Is there a way to transfer the call to the TL's HFL system while that call is in progress?

yes all you do is hit the hfl button and say "transfer". It works like a charm.

Hahaha...that's awesome. When I read the Acura manual, I somehow assumed that the "Transfer" command only worked in one direction, namely from the car to the phone. I didn't realize that it toggled the connection back and forth.

You're most correct, it does work like a charm. Thanks very much for the tip!

Now it would be great if you could directly access the V710's voice recognition through the TL's HFL system. If I use my HS810 headset, this works fine. I click the button on the side and the phone prompts "Please say a command" (or whatever the exact wording is). It would be great if there was a way to have the TL's HFL system behave the same way. The reason for this, of course, is that the voice recognition system in the phone is far better than the one in the TL and, more imortantly, it has access to the entire phone book in the phone.
