how do I tap into factory wiring without cutting?
I've decided to attempt the new amp/speakers install myself. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with a Rockford 3Sixty.1. Regardless of whether I use the 3Sixty or LOCs, I'll still need to tap the factory speaker wires. I would rather not cut any stock connectors off because I'll likely put everything back when I get rid of the car.
What's the best way to gain access to the factory wiring without cutting out any stock connectors?
I'll have more questions I'm sure. You can check out my long-winded thread on this here.
Thanks.

t-taps are very unreliable. I used t-taps on a VW project that requiered connection to the onboard computer (can-bus). The connection kept dropping and in turn, it casue the gauge cluster to FAIL. ...
I'll never use t-taps again.
Either use the PnP connectors, or cut and solder your connections. Anything else is just asking for trouble.
Search for the posts from Adobeman on his infinity 1011t tweeters, he shows you the pins you can use to make the tweeters PnP.
