I use a Palm 700 on the Windows software on the Verizon network. From time to time, people I'm talking to tell me they can barely hear me. Other times, the same people, at the same numbers say they hear me loud and clear. I have not changed anything on the phone, in fact at times, these back to back calls, ie. "...one more thing I forgot to tell you before we hung up a minute ago..." where the first call they could hear fine, and the second call they can't hear hardly at all. It doesn't seem to be a service issue, since I commute the same route every day and sometimes have the problem and other times I don't.

Has onyone else had this problem, and if so, have you found a way to prevent it?

 

The volume setting on your phone will effect the volume over the HFL (at least on mine it does). If you've turned the volume down while out of the car, it will probably be quieter in the car.

Just an idea
