HFL Module Fix Immobilizes Car! HELP!
So today I took the HFL module out of my 08' TL because it will not pair with my phone. Taking it out was easy, then reflowed the board with a heat gun and re-installed the board into the car.
When I went to turn the key, I noticed immediately that the nav system did not come on. When I went to turn on the car I got a pop noise, the lights would flicker, and the car will not start.
I took out the board from the car but still seem to be experiencing electrical issues. The car will start up now, but only after some very abnormal strains and flickering of my lights.
Could this HFL have destroyed my electrical system?
If anyone has any idea what could of caused this or how to fix it, please let me know!

did you leave the car unlocked while doing the work? Sounds like you killed the battery and the car is struggling to start bc the battery doesn't have enough amps. TL needs 500 CCA if I remember correctly.
