As many I have had issued with HFL, totally died and replaced it once. A few years ago I got a new phone and it would not let me pair the phone because it had the max (I think 6) paired, I tried over and over to delete old phones, followed the commands thru HFL, disconnecting the battery, disconnecting HFL.....NOTHING worked.

Well I got another new phone and decided to give this another shot, following the HFL commands I selected the CLEAR option, followed commands it lead me to the prompt asking if I really wanted to clear etc......the command stated "SAY OK TO PROCEED" I said OK then it looped back thru the commands......same results after following commands a 2nd time.

The 3rd try, instead of saying OK as prompted I said "PROCEED" IT WORKED!!!!!!! It cleared out my old phones and allowed me to pair my new device!!! 3 years of no HFL and it works again!
