i just installed the peripheral electronics iSimple about a week ago and everything works just fine except for the fact that the volume is so much lower than everything else. When i was using the cassette adapter it was just as loud as the radio. Now when i am using the iSimple i have to crank the volume almost all the way up. the volume on my ipod is all the way up too. does any one have any suggestions maybe a firmware update?

 

check your connections again, maybe they are not plugged in fully, and your hearing sound only because the contacts are barely touching eachother

 

no its plugged in correctly...from what i have read on other threads other people are experiencing this problem but those threads are so long and messy that i can not seem to find any solutions or even any explanations for why this problem exists
