I am going to be installing LED lights for the floor...
BUT, Where can I get a power signal that turns on when I have the headlights on?
Just so I can have this installed w/ haveing the LED go off by it self when the headlights are off and the LED turning on when the headlights are on.
Anyone got any ideas???

I was talking about the front floor... Right above your foot...

It's that easy...
Anything that lights up at night has these wires... splice into them.

Do you know any area in the car you see these easy wires? I was hoping to find some near my foot area...

I did this to my car and i wire the wires to the Cubby light so it turns on when only the dash lights comes on... so i guess the TL has something similar to this too... if you guys scared to mess it up put a relay circuit on it with a fuse to be sure :-)

something like this?

HELP?!?!?!
I am guessing the wires up there match the same color coding as was mentioned earlier in this thread. It's easy to confirm all this with a circuit tester, though.

I tapped my blue footwell lighting into the trunk release button on the left, and the glovebox illum on the right.
Wiring up LEDs is pretty easy. They are much better then the CCT. I have wired up CCT on the footwell and used flexible led strips on the door. I tapped into the door light and doom light. So when i unlock my door the leds turn on and when i open the door the lights turns on. They only turn on with the factory light. Ididnt want the light to stay on.
