Hi guys,

Gave my brother my car for the day and now my Alarm doesn't work... When I double click the lock it doesn't chirp anymore. Also the light don't flash...

All doors, trunk, hood and windows are closed.

Anyone know how to reactivate it or how it got deactivated?

 

sounds like it went to valet mode, may need to check out the manual and read some of its configurations.

 

Close and lock your driver's side door-- is the security light by the lock knob blinking?
If it does, then your alarm is active.

Does the MID say "Driver 1 detected" or something similar when you use the remote to unlock the doors?
If not, the remote is not linked to the car, and must be relinked to the car by holding the Lock and Unlock buttons down at the same time for about 3-4 seconds.

Once the remote is linked, pushing the lock button twice will flash the lights and chirp. Unlocking with the remote will set the driver seat position,mirror, audio and climate control to preferences memorized by that remote.

 

When i lock all the doors the red light does not flash. I assume that means the alarm is off

 

This doesn't help the OP, but I'd love to know if there was a way to turn off the stock alarm. It always conflicts with my aftermarket remote start. I've asked on Acurazine in the past with no response. If anyone knows of a way to do this, please chime in.

 

There is a way to disable the stock alarm, but a better way is to interface the aftermarket remote start to disarm it when you start the car.
