HELP my radio randomly changes stations!!!

I'll be riding and my radio will change from fm 1 to fm 2. Started out of nowhere my nav system was replaced when I bought my car 8 months ago. 07 kbp type s.....Help I'm going insane.....

Will unhooking the battery for 30 minutes possibly reset this for you?

It makes a interference kind of sound right before it does it. I dont think an ecm reset is gonna help but at this point anything is worth a shot.
