Help with Dom's Unit Install-- Nav color reddish

Help!

I have spent the last 3 hours connecting and reconnecting, checking connections, grounds etc of my Dom's unit to my Nav system.

I still have the same problem. The video looks outstanding, the color is perfect. HOWEVER, the nav screen has a red tint to it. When I take the Dom's Unit out the system, the nav screen returns to its normal color.

Any suggestions from the pros on this forum?

Thanks, but perhaps I was not clear on the problem I am having.

In video mode the color is spot on, from an iPod. Only when I have it in navigation mode does the reddish color appear. The adjustments for the Dom's unit are for brightness. Those adjustments only seen to work for the video inputs.

do you have a Plug and play cable? If so, check to make sure all the wires are intact in both plugs that have exposed wires. Also make sure that the new wires that loop in are connected firmly.

If not having a PNP cable, make sure the wires you are supposed to tap are tap correctly.

I called Dom this morning, he thinks it is a bad cable and he is sending a new one out today.

I hope it works.
