Hey guys, working on installing Dom's unit and i'm having some trouble...

I got everything hooked up, heres my problems

I've got a greenish/bluish tint on my screen when looking at the normal navigation screen...

also, when i flip the switch to take over the screen, my video feed jumps all over the place, and ive got diagonal lines going across the screen...

I'm drawing power from the acc plug inside the arm rest (wire tapped the power wire)...im getting 11.7v at Dom's unit with the car in ACC mode, engine not running

I've tried double checking my grounds....all of these wires are grounded to the factory ground:
2 white wires, 1 green wire, 1 black wire (from harness), and 1 black/red wire (from the power plug)


Do I have a faulty unit? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

 

there are 4 wires you need to hook up, the sync one may be loose. If it's the PNP one, check all the harnesses. Also the unit requires 12v. to operate, turn on the car and see if it helps.

 

I have the harnesses plugged in all the way, is there a specific wire I can check cuz they all seem to be ok...

Also, same issue happens with car turned on
