So i been reading alot of car pc builds lately and i dont have $1000 to spend on a killer car pc. So mp3car has a basic carpc is that a good price? Is this a good setup that i found on ebay.

My intentions for this is to monitor motor functions and a nice monitoring system for a upcoming project also to have my library of music and movies from home to be mobile. I will also be using my windows mobile phone to do wireless modem so i can check acurazine anytime i am on the move lol. Thanks in advance.
