Is the Head unit on the Navi Aftermarket?
would i need to get a line out converter to install subs or is there RCA ports in the back?

No RCA outputs on the back of the radio nor on the amp. Your best bet is to solder on some RCA's or use an LOC after the factory amplifier. BTW RCA's are put on car's like scions that are meant to be taken apart and riced out...
