High Definition CD.

DO our TLs read HDCDs? There are a whole lot more HDCDs than DVDAs and quite frankly, I've freaking given up on trying to make DVDAs.

If anyone is unfamiliar with HDCDs, it's encoded with 20 bit, instead of 16.
