Handsfree questions
Just bought the LG Voyager today... guy at Verizon said he wasn't sure if it was compatible or not but my thought was "its a new phone, fairly new car, it should work, lets do this"..... So upon further review, the handsfreelink website says it shouldnt be compatible, but I was able to pair it up to my 06TL... The key is turning off the "autopair" feature on the Voyager so the car finds the phone, and not vice versa.... I have only had the phone for a day, so we'll see if it works long term, but so far, I can dial out, and receive, so as long as it does that, I'm okay with it. Some other posts said something about the handsfreelink turning off after a few minutes of conversation and having to pick up the phone and use it, but I havent talked long enough on it yet for something like that to happen... so far, a 15 minute convo, and everything is still status quo....
I got 2 phones T-Mobile G1 and Sony Ericsson w800.
1st phone can't basic operation, but can't Import the Phone book which is very sad.
2nd phone can do much more, but not my primary phone...
Overall, I am a bit disappointed about this feature. I see no reason why Acura didn't make it so you can dial from Nav touch screen and so on...
