Hi Everyone,

I just bought an 2008 Acura TL and I'm having problems with the Hands Free Link. My cellphone paired up with the car successfully and I can make and receive calls. The problem is once I push the talk button the person on the other end can't hear me (but I can hear them). The same goes for when I dial out the call goes through fine but the other person can't hear me. Has any body experienced this problem before or do you know what is causing the problem?

 

What's your cell phone's brand and model?

 

I have a Samsung Gleam. Today, it magically worked but I'm not sure what was causing the problems before or if they will return.

 

According to the HFL website, the Gleam received a software update on 9-26-2008, so you should try updating the phone software (contact your cell provider on this).
