the previous owner routed those 2 cables coming out from the first flip up compartment thingy under the radio, i needed a new aux cable cuz the connection is kinda messed up due to bad wires. all the sudden i thought why don't I consider relocate them?

So i m thinking should i route the new wire the way as he did? (flip up thingy under the radio) or do it all the way to the under my arm rest?
Pros and Cons?? which do you guys prefer?
I currently have Miccus Bluetooth Receiver to go with my android phone, as for the iPod cable, I rarely use it but its good to have one sitting there!

 

Regarding aux cables, I use a cheap Griffin Flat Aux Cable. It was like 10 bucks and so far, there's no issues with it.
