I recently bought a 2004 Acura TL. Sound worked great for a couple months. Now have a persistent "buzz/static" noise when the unit is turned on (on every option), and the center/subwoofer are permanently "off".

Is this a "dealer fix", or am I better off going to an aftermarket supplier?

I had the same issues. Just purchase a 2007-08 amplifier off of ebay and install. Only takes about 20-30 minutes, and the newer design is not likely to fail again.

 

I have the same problems. Does fix the sub also or just the buzzing sound?
