Front speakers turning off when doors are closed?

I have a 2004 TL. Just recently I noticed the powered sub is shot so I have been running the stereo without the sub. Two days ago I noticed my rear speakers and front center speaker were the only ones working until I opened the door?? When the doors are open its full on, close the doors and no front speakers? Any thoughts?

Definitely sounds like a grounding issue, plain and simple. check all your grounds.

With the door open reach outside by hip and press in the door switch. What happens? Repeat on another door.

I pushed the button but no change? When the door closes and does an incomplete (1 click) the speakers stay on full, when it is fully closed the front speakers shut off.

Issue may be in the molex connector near door hinge. Check for shorting
