As long as you know you want AT&T and the T-637 for 2 years this IS a good deal. I have the 637 and really like it. Buttons are a little small, but they're raised so you can feel your way around the keyboard. (Besides with HFL in the TL you don't need to dial much).

I got it for -$50 after rebates from Amazon with Cingular. I think ATT was about the same price from Amazon.

Can get this phone for up to -200 from Amazon with 2-year contract:

The 200 rebate from Amazon is also good for a 1-year contract with ATT. Phone price is 120.

 

I also saw this phone at BJ's Wholesale club today on offer with Cingular - catch - 2 year contract. I have an SE Z600 which I love and it is basically a flip phone version of the T637. It is a good deal, if your willing to deal with Cingular for 2 years.

 

The T637 is a great phone but within the next couple months, especially for Cingular, it will be shadowed if not completely eclipsed by the S710a. As for the rest of you who are shopping for the T637, the price (in general, online and such) is dropping very fast. THe phone itself is worth roughly 100-150 in many places and brand new for $209.

If anyone doesn't like their at&t or cingular logos on the phone, I can take them off for you and make your phone look very much like it came from OEM.

 

i got the T637 for 30 bucks with 1 year contract, great phone for the TL. service has been good so far so no complaints.
