Is this possible to do? I just bought a TL from someone and it has all their contacts in there.

Yes you can. Press the Phone button and say "PHONEBOOK" and the voice promts will guide you with options. I think the command is "CLEAR" to delete all the entries in the phone book

Thats it! Haha I tried CLEAR and FORMAT... didn't take. Also, when you say DELETE, its entry by entry

Yes. You go into the phone options or something and say "CLEAR". Might take a few tries as the HFL, imo, sucks at recognizing what you say. I've done this too as I also bought the car used.
