FM Reception Issues
FM Reception Issues
Ever since installing new amps and a carpc with NAVI touchscreen hack, I've had horrible FM reception in my car. Stations which used to come in clear before, always have some static now. I think I may have shook loose a connector or pinched the antennae cable somewhere. Last time I had the radio out, I made sure the antennae connectors was plugged in fully, but I still have this issue.
Any ideas what the problem(s) could be and how to fix them? Is there a connector near the rear deck? Maybe it shook loose when I installed new speakers back there. Also, when removing the radio, I wonder if the cable got pinched or damaged since its a tight fit back there. Maybe I should try replacing the antennae cables up there. Anyone else have experience with this and have some thoughts to share?

Thanks dat!
I think I may try replacing that cable he accidentally cut to. When pulling the radio out a few times, I unitentionally put a lot of stress on it, so it may have become damaged. Plus, its only $12, so its worth a shot.
Thanks
