i was going threw my nav screen diagnostic screen and i saw something that said f-con or F-com error active. what does it mean everything was green and not red so whats going on?

Maybe an error monitoring system? Dunno.
Edit: I just noticed you posted two threads regarding electrical problems. Check your battery. When it starts to go bad, all kinds of electrical anomalies can happen. Just a suggestion.

 

I was thinking teh same thing, but the battery is a pretty new optima yellow to with upgraded two upgraded 2 guage ground wires under the hood.

 

I've heard bad things about the Optimas recently. Apparently, so bad that Optima is going out of business. Take it to Advance Auto or someplace and get it checked for free.
