I searched the internet, but I cannot say I have found a reputable dealer with a decent price. I made the mistake of trying to purchase one from WholesaleAv.com through www. pricegrabber.com 2 1/2 weeks ago. They charged my credit card but could not produce the goods. It wasn't even a "deal" - $301.99 delivered. I received an email from the store saying they did not like my bad review which Amazon.com asked me to give and wanted me to "negate" the customer service guys name and phone number that I included.

I bought my passport 7500 a couple years back from ebay, of course someone that had stellar feedback... no problems, works like a charm

 

what kind of help do you want? You bought by credit card so cancel with the card company. If you feel that the company you bought it from gave crappy service then I would not recind it. I also got mine through ebay the reseller had good feedback pm me and I can look up who it was if you still want to purchase one. I think it is a good radar detector.
