Bazooka Bass Tube

Does anyone have a bazooka bass tube? I was thinking about getting one to add some more bass to the current system. I don't really want to go all out and hook the car up with crazy subs or anything and I'd like to have as much trunk space as possible. Any opinions would be very helpful.

Thanks

I don't currently, but I did in my 1998 3.0 CL. They were perfect. I went with two 6 1/2" tubes (one powered, one slave) and they worked out great. Hardly took up any room but provided the much need low end the Bose was lacking. I would recommend them.....

I had a bazooka tube in my rsx and recently got the infinity basslink x, i think the basslink is much better than the bazooka and takes up less space

Basslink

You can find them on ebay for $200, I got mine on Canal Street for $210...

I've got the Basslink. It sounds alot bigger than it is. Does not take up much space at all. Paid $299 plus $50 for install.

Sorry if this sounds dumb....

Would you be bypassing the sub that comes with the TL? How much of an improvement would this be over the stock one? Would the sub control still work through the nav?

Thanks

In college, I actually had one amplified 10" and a passive 10" (slave) in the trunk of my old accord and those things really pounded. But IMO if you were to purchase a set, make sure you purchase the 200 watt models, they sound much better than the 100 watt tubes do.

I have 2 pre-amped 10" bazooka tubes that were in my previous car (Integra). They sounded great, and could really "slam" if you cranked it up. However, I'm not putting them in the TL - My wife and I travel alot and I like having the extra trunk space. I will probably sell them - just haven't gotten around to it yet.
