escort 8500 smartcord does it power on with no radar plugged in
I bought one off of ebay and the smart cord doesn't power on. Isn't it supposed to power on right one when you plug it in to the cigarette adapter without the radar plugged in to the cord. Does the smart cord have a fuse? It doesn't seem to power on.
