Eclipse 5435 vs. Pioneer AVIC-D1

Can't decide on which one I should get. All circuit city and best buy has is the Pionner Avic-D1 and N2 that flips out. What do you guys think is a better unit?

I personally think that Eclipse runs circles around Pioneer.
