thinking about buying the module to play DVDs on the NAVI....had a few questions..

1. doi only need the one unit and use my drive in the back to play the dvd? ($525)
2. is it plug in play type of installlor do i have to cut wires?
3. anyone whos done this have any problems what so ever?
4. can i play a music cd at the same time i watch the movie...or vise versa
5.how is the dvd controlled...forwarding etc? which buttons?

- no you need the unit and the dvd player

- if yer not a pro get it done by one.. taking apart a car incorrectly can lead to rattles and even worse broken parts or shorts

- so far mine owrks great.. with the FM mod. I'm looking for help with the XM option for digital quality sound.. any info??

- full quality very slim design full featured dvd remote control(with graphical interface on the nav)

basically like any dvd player.
