Can anyone guide me to burn the AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders I've captured to my HD, to a DVD/R ?

I've burned the folders as a DVD-V with Nero and it works in a home DVD player, but not in the TL as a DVDA, even though it did burn the contents of the AUDIO_TS folder.

I'd like to know if there is any tools like discwelder or wavelab or something from doom9.net that can create an ISO from those folders. I looked into DVDAUTHOR scripts but it appeared to me I need to know the start sector for the MKISOFS to create an ISO.
