Dvd?
I know my car has a DVD player in the trunk because I have the navi system. But can you play moves in it or do something to make it play moves? See I have a DVD player and 10" flip down from my last car and want to sell it.
I'm sure that we at one point here have covered this so I apologize

That DVD Drive in your trunk is data only. As far as I understand, no one's been able to "crack" the DVD drive for the NAV or the DVD-A to make them somehow play a movie, etc. You'll have to add an extra player for that purpose. If you are interested in doing that, you should search for "DVD" and, I believe, there's a piece of equipment which will allow you to port the video to the existing NAV screen (search for "Dom"). Good luck.
In order to play DVDs you will have to get an external dvd player or media player and then a device to connect to your nav unit to have it accept a video signal. Most users that I have seen use Dom's device. I think it runs somewhere around 200 dollars and then whatever DVD Player you want to use.
