Double Din Install

Hey guys, im new to the site as well as new to the acura world. I just ordered a double din for my 04 TL with navi and I have a few questions. I know I will have to by pass the factory amp, ill loose BT, my factory sub, and my steering wheel controls.
1. Where can I get a wiring kit for the stereo or do I need one?
2. How much fabrication is needed to make the face of the stereo look good? (I know i will have the half circle cut outs)
3. Will I need an installation kit or will the radio fit in place of the factory radio?
