Okay so...

Lets say I type a destination or press audio or scroll through a audio folder, it can take seconds b4 the navi screen recognized i pressed something. Also if I turn volume up via the steering wheel or dial, the navi screen takes a few seconds for it to show the change even when it shows it instantly on the a/c temp screen. Ive taken it in a few months ago but it's never been this bad before.

One other thing to add. This is wosre when HFL is on linked to my Windows phone. It even makes my phone lag when connected. Please post your .02 on this please (any navi equiped Acura owners)

I have the original 08 disc that i bought the car with back in June. My local dealer seems to think that the newest disc may help. What do you think???

 

Yes, I do have a lag on my Navi as well. I haven't had a chance to take it to the dealer and have them look at it yet. I find myself pressing numbers, letters like two or three times just so it accepts the input and gets annoying.

 

Let me know if you take it in. I'll let you know what they say when i can make over there.

 

i upgraded to the 4.92 or whatever white disc for our cars, and it's much faster now
that's the only upgrade i've seem to find
maps seem to be similar but searching and reactive-ness seems to be much much faster.

 

Haven't noticed that bad of a lag...maybe it is because I am totally preoccupied with how bad the nave sucks in general.
