not sure what kind of scam the first guy is running but hell here is a "free" link for it. Its only good for the first 5-10 people before it will die. If you dont know what a RAR file is you are probably over your head so dont bother downloading it because bandwidth is limited.

Spend the $85 and get it from one of the Minnetonka Audio resellers. I think it was ProAudio that was also offering and additional 10% off its price (normally $85) and free ground shipping.
If you want to rip audio from DVD movies, it's pretty simple:
1. Rip the tracks with DVD Audio Extractor (save them as .wav, one file per channel)
2. Use DiscWelder to burn those files onto a DVD-R disk.
