Quite easy. And guys that try to do it w/o taking the trims/panels off - GOOD LUCK! Highly recommend taking everything apart and even with it all apart it's still hard to get the harness in.

You'll want to wrap some foam around the OEM into the by-pass female to avoid rattles - can't do it w/o ripping it all apart. You'll be able to run wires better too. Just ecstatic that I got it in and only managed to be just ONE screw more efficient than Acura (aka - one extra screw that goes somewhere).
