Deleting Old Contacts

So I picked up a CPO 08 TL (No Nav) and when I tried to program in my contacts the previous owner still had their contacts in (ie - Home, work, etc...)

Is there a quick way to delete all contacts?

Additionally, I am using an iPhone 3GS and everytime I make a call from iPhone it gets routed back to the iPhone instead of the car...can anyone help with that?

If i remember correctly, I had to delete the contacts one by one...
should check out the owners manual.

If you haven't programmed in any of your contacts, the easiest thing to do would be simply to reset the whole system, then re-pair your phone. There is no easy way simply to delete all the contacts unless you reset the whole system, but resetting the whole system will also delete any paired phones or contacts you added. In my mind, if you haven't spent much time adding contacts, it's a lot faster just to reset it. Pairing the phone only takes a few seconds.

In this prior thread, I listed the procedure for resetting the HFL on a 2004 TL. I don't know whether the 2008 has the same procedure, but you could check your owner's manual.
