Delays in the radio

First off guys I have an 07 tl base. When I go to adjust the volume or change the settings there's a slight 1 second delay on the display. It's not that big a deal when I change the volume. Only when I go to adjust the bass settings etc. it drives me crazy. And when I have CDs playing the LCD will flash between disc and the info of the disc. Does anybody know what could possibly be the culprit. Thanks in advance and I love my tl I had an accord before and wow what a major upgrade.

Mine has had the delay since brand new. I would consider it normal. Sometimes it's worse than others, especially if you just turned it on or just switched from the navi to the audio screen. As for the info problem, can't help you there since the '06 does not have that feature.

I have that lag in my display that started yesterday, did you ever find a solution?
Also when I go to adjust bass, trebble, etc each selection pivots back and fourth from the selected tone, such as bass, with the radio station display home display.
Only thing I have on my stereo from stock issue is a peripheral ipod integrator.

I went ahead and disconnected the peripheral ipod interface and all display and performance issues ceased immediately. Had inconsistent issues with the radio in the past as well, my suspicion was right the peripheral was the culprit. It is now sitting on my workbench pending me checking their site to see if there is any warranty.
