Dead Nav - Need Advice

Have an '04TL that has had zero issues until the NAV crapped the bed. I called United Radio when it first happened and they told me $175 to fix. Well, being the procrastinator that I am, I waited .. now they are telling me $470 and 4 weeks wait time. Even if I were keeping the car I'd think long and hard about that kind of bread for a 9 year old Nav unit, but I'm getting ready to sell.

My question is this. What kind of a hit in resell will I take if i do not get this fixed? (To put it another way, will I lose more than $500 when I'm selling back a '04 w/ Nav that doesn't have a working Nav?)

Looking forward to hearing from anyone with any experience in this.

Thanks in advance!
