Crazy question about hooking up an iPod

OK, I've been holding off buying anything to hook my iPod in the TL. The cassette adapter is kinda flimsy and wireless FM isn't quite up to snuff. So, it got me thinking: Is it possible to create (not necessarily me but a company) a device that sends the signal through the satellite radio?

The cassette adapters are kinda flimsy, but they're cheap and sonically very superior to the FM transmitters. I think we might get even worse performance out of something that translated the iPod into an XM signal (since the XM sound quality is, well, pretty bad).

The iCruze won't work with the TL, since it needs to connect to the radio via an auxiliary input (like for a changer, or for a satellite radio). We don't have an aux-in spot.

My first post!

I think 200 for a solution to hear the ipod is a bit ridiculous to begin with isn't it?
