I'm considering getting a 2004 TL as a daily driver.

Found one from a private seller for $9,500. The car has 105K miles on it and says it has a new clutch. One owner vehicle.

Any particular reliability concerns with the 2004 TL? is the 105K mileage a concern for these cars?

What would be a good price for the car?

It's cheaper when buy 04 TL base from the states. I brought mine $11.500 in Canada with 100K, lol

 

At 105K, they need a timing belt service. See if this has been done by the seller. The cost can be from $750 to $1500 depending on a bunch of factors.
