I get the broken links as well.
I contacted the Law Firm recently to see if this is still going and it is.
Here is what I got back
This case is currently in the discovery phase with Class Certification briefing scheduled for mid-2019. We do not know at this time what the outcome of the lawsuit will be, so we cannot say what compensation there might be, including if they will do repairs for no charge.
